Is myESACompass affiliated with ADE or ClassWallet?
No. myESACompass is an independent tool created by Toby’s Webworks, LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Arizona Department of Education or ClassWallet.
Can I submit reimbursements from myESACompass?
No. myESACompass does not submit anything to ClassWallet or ADE. It is designed to help you organize records so you can submit through the appropriate official process.
Can I track more than one child?
Yes. You can add as many children as you need to your family account, and each child is kept separate. Per-child funding registers are planned for a later stage; child profiles are available now.
Can I plan future expenses?
Quarter planning and recurring-cost tools are planned for a later stage and are not available yet.
Can I upload receipts?
Receipt and document upload is planned for a later stage and is not available yet. Nothing is uploaded in the current release.
Can I pay for the subscription using ESA funds?
Whether a software subscription is an eligible expense depends on current program guidance and individual review. Verify with ADE/ClassWallet before purchasing or seeking reimbursement. myESACompass does not guarantee approval or reimbursement.
